PRIORITY VILLAGE COMPANY LIMITED
Priority Village Company established in 2004, is focusing its operations on Luxury Developments at the island of Phuket and its surrounding areas.
The company’s first project, “Baan Paradise Luxury Condominiums” is located at Karon Beach, one of the most popular tourist beaches in Phuket.
Baan Paradise is a nearly completed development, that consists of 49 luxury apartments built in ten Thai- and modern style buildings. In the middle of the resort in a tropical garden is a club house, pool area, fitness center and other common areas.
The Resort-style development is built on a hill side, only a short walk away from the popular Karon Beach and all of its services.
Baan Paradise project differs from most of the other condominium projects on the Karon Beach area, also because of its large variety of services and atmosphere.
All the apartments are delivered fully furnished with Oriental-design furniture, basic living accessories, with an LCD television and a DVD player, curtains and decorational items.

All of Priority Village’s projects are designed to serve two extremely important elements:

- Profitable investment for creating returns on both, short and long term periods, through rental income and the appreciation of the market value.
After a Priority Village project is completed, it will be handed over to Nine Star Asia Company Limited, who will take care of the marketing and is co-operating with international travel agents.
Nine Star Asia is a property management company owned by Ikaros Group, providing five star hotel services for the Corporation’s future developments.
