LSP Asia Company Limited was founded in the beginning of 2006 to become a strong influencer on the local low and mid‐end property markets.
The management of LSP Asia Company Limited has been actively operating on the development and construction arena for more than ten years.
During this period, they have successfully developed more than 20 sold projects, mainly in the cities of Phuket, Krabi and Trang.
LSP Asia Company is currently developing four projects (a total of 211 units) in Southern-Thailand, in the city of Trang.
BUSINESS STRATEGY AND VISION
The business strategy of LSP Asia is simple and effective.
The Management believes that by providing a quality product at a competitive price is a win‐win concept that always works.
Basically all companies claim that they are using this simple concept, but they are seldom also applying it in reality to their businesses.
A reason for this might be that the Thai Residential housing projects have been selling very easily and most probably therefore it has simply not been requirement to be different, as the properties have been sold anyway.
LSP Asia believes though, that by always giving the little extra and also keeping the simple formula in mind all the way from the selection of the land to developing, marketing and sales we are able to stand out from the other developers on this market.
Most of the developments on this market arena today are using a poor design and materials inadequate marketing tools to operate.
LSP Asia believes that by always being at the leading edge with both design of the projects and marketing, we will in the future be able to compete at the top of the whole market.
LSP ASIA ON THE MARKET
The Management of LSP Asia Company believes that one very important factor, which will increase the demand of especially the Low‐ and Mid‐end properties on the market, is that the Thai population is fast becoming more educated and also increasingly exposed to Western influences.
This is what we in LSP Asia call the “MTV generation”.
This increasing exposure is certainly having an impact on the Thai residential market, during the following years to come, as the new generation is no longer satisfied to just having a “roof over the head”.
The trend has already shown that the younger generation is using an increasing amount of the family’s disposable income for the living.
