LAKE NAGA COMPANY LIMITED (LAKE NAGA GOLF RESORT AND SPA)

Lake Naga Golf Resort and Spa is the first project in Phuket area directed mainly to Scandinavian golfers and Golf Clubs.

The project is located north of Phuket; in Phang Nga area approx. 25 minutes drive away from Phuket’s international airport. From the airport it is also possible to access Lake Naga Resort by speedboats.

The project includes a total of 350 Luxury Golf Villas and approximately 350 Luxury Golf Condominiums together with versatile services, activities and a shopping plaza.

The heart and soul of Lake Naga Golf Resort and Spa is its 18 hole PGA standard golf course.

Lake Naga Golf Resort and Spa (Lake Naga Company Limited) is a joint-venture company and a project between Ikaros Group/ Nine Star Asia Company and a local Thai Property Developer and Land owner.

The common facilities of Lake Naga include a Club House, Spa, several restaurants, sport and activity possibilities, swimming pools and Jacuzzi’s, public reception area and a shopping plaza to serve the guests of Lake Naga as well as the local residents.

With every villa and larger condominium comes two, free of charge, golf memberships and with a Suite-condominium, one membership.

These memberships are valid and for use also for all guests staying in the villa or condominium.

Ikaros Group is currently negotiating with several financial institutions and investors regarding the finance of the project and will commence with the construction of the project as soon as the needed finances have been secured.
