Ikaros Group Corporation has an International Management Team that is operating from the cities of Bangkok, Phuket and Trang.

Mr. Staffan Liback
President, Corporate Management – Ikaros Group

Mr. Liback, born in Sweden in 1974, raised in Finland, studied for a Major in Marketing at Pietarsaari Business School, Finland and a Masters degree in law and business at Umea University, Sweden.

During the years 2000- 2004 he operated and studied as an entrepreneur in Sales and Marketing industries, as an organization builder, respected business strategist and a motivational speaker in Scandinavia.

During the last five years of operating in Thailand, Mr. Liback has already become a respected and widely known businessman in several areas of business such as, High-End luxury property developments, Residential property developments, Farming, Investments and Wealth management in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Liback is a President and a Chairman of the board of various International and Thai companies.

Mr. Jussi Saloranta
Vice President, Corporate Management – Ikaros Group

Mr. Saloranta, a native Finnish born in Turku, Finland in 1982. After his studies and graduation from the Vocational Institute of Staff, Hotel and Restaurant services in Finland, he has been operating as a consultant for Customer service, Sales and Operational efficiency.

From the end of year 2006 Mr. Saloranta has been operating in Thailand as a Director of Ikaros Group Corporation, being in charge of the Corporation’s International Business Development and International investor relations.

Mr. Saloranta is a board member of various International and Thai companies.

Mr. Rathtee Thitidonpipat
Director, Corporate Management and Investor Relations – Ikaros Group

Mr. Thitidonpipat is a native Thai from Krabi, born in 1969.

After his studies in Thailand he moved to United States where he lived for several years. Mr. Thitidonpipat has an MBA from a university in Seattle and he also speaks/ writes fluent English.

After returning to Thailand, Mr. Thitidonpipat has operated several years in an Executive position at Thai Copper Industry Plc, the largest copper producer in South East Asia and as a property developer/ real estate consultant in the areas of Krabi and Bangkok.

Through his career, Rathtee Thitidonpipat has an extensive contact network and is well known among the Thai elite society.

Mr. Tavirot Prachasaisoradej
Executive Advisor – Ikaros Group

Mr. Tavirot is a native Thai from Bangkok, born in 1957.

Mr. Tavirot has lived and studied in United States and New Zealand for a total of 12 years and has a Major degree in Business Administration with a minor degree in Finance from Louisville Kentucky, USA.

After returning to his home country, Mr. Tavirot has actively operated in Management positions in several industries, mainly as a Director of Marketing and Corporate Management.

Mr. Tavirot is a highly connected person in Thailand, with an extensive contact network in numerous areas of business. Also due to his Royal background, being related to the King Rama II of Thailand, he is well connected to the High Elite Society of Thailand.

Mr. Chaithitiphob Nakarit
Director, Investment and Corporate management – Nine Star Asia

Mr. Nakarit is a native Thai from Krabi, born in 1963.

He is a second generation entrepreneur and well known for his businesses as well as for his remarkable land ownerships in several areas of Thailand.

Mr. Chaithitiphob Nakarit currently holds tens of thousands of rais (thousands of hectares) of land in areas such as for example Krabi, Phang Nga, Nakornsritamarat and Ranong.

Mr. Nakarit is also recognized for his other businesses in Krabi and Bangkok areas, where he operates car dealerships for Honda and Chevrolet and is involved with several property developments.

Mr. Chaithitiphob Nakarit is a well known and connected business man with a highly respected personal and business history.


Dr. Gerard Raymond
Chief Executive Officer, ECOil Energy Company Limited – ECOil Energy

Dr. Raymond, a native of Malaysia, born in 1965 has a double-degree in Computer Science and Commerce (Accounting) from Deakin University Victoria, Australia.

Dr. Raymond’s extensive career includes positions in Management Operations in several South-East Asian countries, such as, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand as well as in India and Australia.

Dr. Raymond is also proficient in six regional languages.

During the last five years, Dr. Raymond has specialized in Telecommunication and other Special Projects and Ventures in this region, and has represented large firms from Australia and Europe.

Dr. Raymond has been mainly residing in Bangkok, Thailand for the last five years.


Mr. Natsaran Utaichalanon
Director, Golf Course & Club Construction and Management – Nine Star Asia

Mr. Utaichalanon, a native Thai born in 1950, has an extensive career in managing some of the most well known Golf Club´s and Courses in Thailand.

Mr. Utaichalanon has lived in United States for a total of 16 years and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from California State University, USA. During his years in United States, he worked several years for Deak International and operated Restaurant Businesses for more than five years.

After returning to Thailand in 1989, Mr. Utaichalanon has been in Management positions in several Golf Club´s around Thailand, such as for example: Thana City Golf and Sports Club (Bangkok), Loch Palm Golf Club (Phuket) and Thai Muang Golf Club and Marina (Phang Nga).

During that time he has also operated as a Business Development Manager for Tangjitnob Company in Bangkok, until 2001.

Mr. Utaichalanon joined the Management Team of Nine Star Asia in 2007 and is operating as a Director, in charge of the Golf Course Construction & Management as well as Leisure operations in the company´s projects.

Mr. Utaichalanon is also a Senior Professional Golfer, a well known Golf Instructor in Phuket area and has also operated as Assistant Manager for Thailand´s National Golfing Team.


Ms. Phanthipa Phiromthong,
Director, Project Development – LSP Asia

Miss Phiromthong, a Thai national born in 1970 has a Junior Bachelors degree in Hotel & Tourism Management and a Bachelors degree in Business Management.

During the last years she has been working as a Managing Director of several construction and development companies and also as a Property, Financial and Construction consultant for international developers in Thailand.

Her knowledge and years of experience in the sales, marketing and project financing in Thailand is an extremely valuable asset for Ikaros Group Corporation.


Mr. Scott Mawhinney
Director, Hotel and Resort-services – Nine Star Asia

Scott Mawhinney, from Canada is in charge of the Design and Management of the Hotel and Resort-services, Launching and Management of Nine Star Asia’s Resort and hotel operations.

Mawhinney has been operating in the Hotel industry for more than 25 years and has an extensive knowledge and experience on the hotel and resort management in various locations of the world.

During his career Mr. Mawhinney has been in charge of designing the hotel operations, opening luxury hotels and resorts and managing them in locations such as for example, Shangri-La hotels in Hong Kong and Oman, resorts in Fiji, Bora Bora, Geneva, Phuket, Toronto and also one of the most well known hotels in the world, the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

As his last assignment, before joining the Management team of Nine Star Asia, Mr. Mawhinney operated as the Opening General Manager of a seven star, Pangu hotel in Beijing, before the Olympic Games of China.

Mr. Somyote Caesuntia
Director, Real Estate Developments – LSP Asia & ECOil Group

Mr. Caesuntia, a native Thai, born in 1966, has been studying and working in Los Angeles, United States for almost twenty years. After returning to his home country approximately ten years ago, Mr. Caesuntia has been growing and expanding his companies businesses remarkably.

He is a well known developer/ constructor in Southern Thailand with a construction track-record of more than twenty sold projects during the last ten years. He is also well known and respected for his active work among the Thai elite society.

Mr. Caesuntia is a Chief Executive officer of various Thai companies.
